The Bailey at the Bogey is just over one month away and we would like to share some key details about this year’s annual fundraising and social event!!!
Mobile Bidding: We are excited to announce that our silent auction has moved online for the first time in this event’s history. You will be able to read descriptions, view pictures, and bid on items from an auction website on your phone or computer. You will receive emails and text messages whenever you have been outbid, and those who cannot attend the event in person can participate from anywhere. Keep an eye out for the launch of our auction website, which is coming soon!
Wine Pull: We will have wrapped bottles of wine arranged and ready for you to try your luck. All of the wine will be valued between $20 and $100. Purchase a ticket for $20 during the event and see if you get your money’s worth or score a much pricier bottle!
Raffles: We will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets for $5 per ticket (cash or credit cards accepted) with the winner taking home 50% of the money raised from the ticket sales. We will also have a fun kid’s raffle with $1 tickets so the kids could have a chance to win cool prizes!
Activities: We’ve expanded the entertainment options for our kids and are excited to share that we’ll have a video game truck, bounce house, face painter, and balloon artist this year!!!
Food: Food will be available for purchase during the event via dinner buffet tickets that will be available in advance or at the door.
We are continuing to accept donations for the silent auction, kid’s raffle, and wine pull as well as day-of-event volunteers.
